Kate and Sawyer fought back when Danny and Sawyer received orders to release people from the top, grabbed their guns and fled to shore. Juliet heard what Jack had said to Kate in the operating room. She told Tom that they could kill Kate and Sawyer if they had to take Danny back. She said Jack would not kill Ben. Tom suspected Juliet and let her out. Kate and others were shot while talking to Jack on the beach. They had a gunfight with Danny and others. Alex helped them in the jungle. When the inebriated Ben wakes up, Juliet speaks alone, and Juliet agrees to save someone. Knock down Aldo outside the detention room and save Karl, who is dizzy from being forced to watch confused videos. Alex was the daughter of a sleeping boss, and Sawyer knew her. They met Danny again while they were tugging along the shore, but Juliet appeared and killed him. Alex was asked to stay and the rest left by boat. Jack tells Kate to repeat the story he told her on the first day and tells her not to go back to the island. Knowing that Kate's safe Jack performed Ben's operation smoothly. In the street Juliet and Edmund say this good news, but don't let him sign it, he accidentally gets hit by a car and dies. Alpert took Ethan to the mortuary and invited her to do scientific research for half a year, but he wouldn't let Rachel go with him because he was going to a secluded area.
