Jack had stomach problems and started taking antibiotics. Ray's body landed on the island, Kate took a repair phone from the wreckage of Daniel's plane, and Daniel used the Morse code to ask the doctor what was going on, and the doctor asked what you were saying. Daniel hides the truth, Bernard points out. Jack asks if they'll take them off the island, and Daniel says they won't. Jack's body is showing signs of illness.
Alex was forced to open the security fence. Call to Locke. Repeat code 14-j. Locke and Sawyer asked Ben. Sawyer was going to pick up Claire, and Ben had Locke around him to save his life, to keep him alive, because he was going to find Jacob, and he said Hurley would take everybody. During the shootout, Martin Keamy and three others were shot (and presumed dead), Claire's house was blown up, and Sawyer brought her back. Ben, Locke, Hurley and Aaron were in the room. Ben and Locke won't let Hurley open the door. Hurley doesn't care. Smash the glass and let them in. Miles came in with his intercom and said Alex was in the hand to let Ben answer. Keamy went outside to blackmail Alex. He thought he was in control and pretended not to care about Alex, but Alex was shot. Ben said the other side has changed its rules and sent black smoke into the back room to attack the other side. And let Locke and others go into the jungle. He'll cry next to Alex's body and catch up. Angry that he didn't know what was going on, Sawyer took Claire and Aaron back to the beach, and Miles, but Hurley was forced to stay by Locke with a gun pointed at Sawyer.
Ben: he turned up in the Sahara with thick clothes and injured his right elbow. He killed two people who came with guns. He went to Tozeur in Tunisia. He went to Tikrit in Iraq to meet Sayid at the funeral. He said he was looking for the man who killed Sayid's wife. Coming across the Syrian border, leaving the island via a ship in Desmond, following the course to Fiji and chartering aircraft. He told Sayid the killer was Widmore's henchman Ishmael Bakir. It was in Los Angeles, near where Nadia was killed. Sayid says he's been looking for her and getting married for eight years, and he's dead and wants to get involved in Ben's war. Ben is laughing. Maybe he just planned it. Ben goes to London, finds Charles, and says he's going to kill Penny, causing him to regret having just changed the rules. Charles said he wouldn't find her and said the island belonged to him, and Ben said he wouldn't find it.
