Michael does everything he can to take Jack, Kate, Sawyer, and Hurley into the jungle to find others to save Walt. Before Libby's funeral with Ana, Hurley refused to join the rescue party, but later pardoned Michael's selfishness and agreed to go. But Michael refuses to let others in, making Sayid suspicious, worried about his control, and discussing it with Jack. Sawyer revealed that Jack was one of his friends. Charlie gives Claire the vaccine she found. She finally holds his hand at the funeral. In between, Vincent showed Charlie the treasure of Sawyer, who threw all his drugs into the sea, and Locke saw it. After the funeral, a boat was seen coming.
Michael: he got the gun from Locke and went to the computer to find Walt. He got trapped by others. After Jack and others left, they took him to the camp and locked him up. The first day he met the girl who saved Claire's life, but it didn't happen. Ten days later he had to see Walt, but the conversation was under surveillance and Walt claimed they were in disguise. They finally let Michael bring the four and release Henry in exchange for Walt's release, regardless of Michael's means.
