《Lost》Ep90:S05E07 The Life and Death of Jeremy
Locke appeared in Tunisia's sand behind the wheel, surrounded by cameras. He was taken to the hospital at night to be treated for broken bones. The doctor called a man presumably named Isaac, and Locke saw Matthew in his bed. Charles came to him and said he had seen Locke when he was seventeen, and that Locke had seen him only four days before. Charles said that where there were cameras was the exit, and Ben tricked him out of the island, as he had done to himself, having been a leader for more than three decades. None of the people Charles came back to tell the truth. Locke asked why he wanted to help himself. Charles said there was going to be a war on the island. The next day he gave Locke a phone, money and the identity of Jeremy Bentham, and the whereabouts of everyone who had left the island, saying he had invested too much to spy on them. Locke asked about the troops he was sending, and replied that it was to get Ben out of the way and get him to play. Charles introduced Matthew as a driver and said he would stop Richard from saying he would die. Locke first went to Santo Domingo in the Dominican republic to find Sayid, who said he had been manipulated by Ben for two years to protect the island and would not go back. He went to New York to meet Walt, and he couldn't bring himself to join him, as far as Ben could see. In Santa Rosa, calif., Hurley reacted violently to see Matthew, who told Locke he was helping people get where they needed to go. In Los Angeles, Kate refused. Locke found Helen dead from her illness and went to her grave. After Matthew was shot and killed, Locke drove himself out of a car accident and was taken to Jack's hospital. But Jack still doesn't think he needs to go back. Locke speculated that Christian was Jack's father. Jack moved, but said he was dead. He goes out and writes a suicide note to Jack, and when he's ready to hang himself Ben comes in and confesses that Matthew killed himself, or else Matthew will kill Locke. Ben says it was Charles who moved the island and explains Locke's importance. Locke is frustrated by his failure, and Ben says he can help. When Locke comes down, Ben sets out Jin's words to Sun and learns that Eloise is the key person to go back, after which Ben kills him and creates the illusion of suicide, walking with Jin's ring.
After the 316 crash, Caesar finds information about the island and the gun inside, but doesn't tell Ilana, who is in charge of Sayid. Ilana said Roxanne spotted Locke in a suit while doing reconnaissance in the south, but no one knew him because he wasn't on the plane. The next day she told Locke that there were three boats, but the pilot and some women took one in the middle of the night. Locke asked for the passenger list. Ilana said he wanted Caesar. Locke told her he remembered only his death. Locke told Caesar about DHARMA and said he had been on the island for more than 100 days and left midway. Caesar tells Caesar that the person around him (Hurley) disappears in the glare, and other people see someone disappear. Locke is disillusioned about how he came about. Caesar said that the names were taken by the captain, but that no one who was injured had been identified.
