After learning that Sayid was not available, the leader and others wanted to talk to him alone. Jack wanted to go with him. There was a conflict. Kate says she can follow him to get him back here. Jack is worried. Then Aldo and Justin set off with them. Kate asks them about protecting the smoke in the temple, but when Jin asks about the plane Aldo stops Justin from speaking. Justin helps Kate to avoid the trap, after telling her that Rousseau died years later and is stopped. Kate is not happy with that. Aldo says he was the one who fainted when she planned to escape three years ago. The two go their separate ways in a minor dispute, Jin goes to Sun, is caught by Aldo and Justin at a river, but Claire comes out and shoots them down. Kate went to the others' neighborhood to find Sawyer, who was digging out a ring. After discovering Kate, they went to the pier leading to the submarine. Kate said she wanted to find Claire when she came back, so they were not in vain, and said they should not have changed their plans on the submarine. Sawyer said he didn't want to be alone until three years ago when he asked Juliet to marry him. He threw the ring into the sea and told Kate to go back to the temple before dark.
Sayid, who was tormented with electric shock and searing after being mysteriously performed some ritual by the silent leader, said he had passed the test, but the interpreter told him he had. Get him out and call Jack in, hoping he'll convince Sayid to take the drug, because it's contagious. Chief Dogen asked Sayid from Jack that he was wounded and that someone had died because of him, saying it was his way of atonement. Jack tells Sayid that Sayid says he believes in him and that it's up to him to decide. Jack went to see Dogen. He said the reason why he wanted to translate was that he was separated from his subordinates, so it was convenient for him to make decisions sometimes. He also said that he was not from the island. Dogen said that Jack did not give the medicine. Jack needed to know the ingredients first. Dogen refused to say, so he took it. When the translation comes, Dogen says that Sayid is possessed, that the dark forces in the body are growing, and once it reaches the heart, it will no longer be someone he knows, and that's exactly what Claire did.
Kate & amp; Claire: the taxi is blocked by Artz's luggage. Kate sees Jack in the distance in traffic. Claire sounds like she won't let him. But the Baskum couple divorced, the wife said she couldn't raise them alone, and Claire was thrilled. After arriving at the hospital, Ethan said she could choose to give birth now or postpone the birth. Claire decided to delay the birth and named Aaron in a hurry. The police came to Kate who changed her name to Joan Hart, and Claire helped her cover up. After the police left Kate expressed her gratitude and Claire believed that she was innocent. Claire, who gave her her credit card before leaving, gratefully advised her to keep the baby.
