Crazy Countdown tells the story of a large black gun gang uncovered by Interpol in North City, where "Lao Pang" was suddenly killed while arresting leader Lao Pang. All the evidence points the suspects to Hong JianYang, his comrade in charge of Criminal Investigation Captain Xiao Qiang. With his trust and careful investigation among his comrades, Xiao Qiang found it a fraudulent use. On the eve of the final verdict of the court, Xiao Qiang and his colleagues have passed the trials and tribulations and finally cleared Hong JianYang's suspicion. To ascertain the truth of the incident, Xiao and Hong joined forces to bring the criminal gangs headed by Zhang BaoSheng and Zhang BaoLiang to justice. Hong JianYang unfortunately sacrificed.
