A second blitz occurred in London in 2166. After Savage killed an innocent mother and son, Time Hunter Rip Hunt requested the Time Committee to allow him to assemble a contingent of past heroes and villains to stop him before Savage destroyed the future. After they returned to 2016, Rip Hunt formed the team, but the team members are not interested in the task much. And Hunter convince them the excuse is that they will become a legend in the future.
