In the early 1970s, Yin Yi Xun (Youliang Zhao) and his wife Zhang Wu (Ni Ping) went to work on the farm and her daughters Yin XiaoTiao (Jiezhuo Lu) and Yin XiaoFan (Li Xiaomeng) stayed in the city. Three years later, Zhang Wu returned to the city on a medical visit, but sincerely fell in love with the single Tang YiSheng (Jiang Wu), who saw her.
