In November 1939, Bai QiuEn, the great fighter of internationalism, died. In January 1940, Bai QiuEn's body was moved to Buried Burial in Tangxian Military City. Nie RongZhen announced that the general health district school was renamed as Bai QiuEn Health School and the affiliated hospital was renamed as Bai QiuEn International Peace Hospital. In August 1940, the Zhengtai Road attack broke out formally. There were about 100 regiments moving into the Eighth Route Army one after another, which was what was later called the "Hundred Regiments Campaign." Zhao TieTou, led by Ah Can, found two Japanese children in battle with Japanese soldiers and Nie RongZhen sent his children to his command post.
