Ordinary synthetic people in the play do not have the same self-awareness as human beings. In short, they do not have human emotions and logic. They are more like machines and perform human orders as their vocation. In addition to ordinary compositors, there are actually six more advanced composites in the world, created by Professor David. Professor David was busy with work, neglecting the care of his son Lai Ang (Colin Morgan), creating four advanced composites with self-awareness, thinking, and humanity. Lai Ang was later killed by his mentally-ill mother, Beatrice, who subsequently committed suicide. The painful Professor David followed suit with Beatrice's artificial intelligence robot Karen (Ruth Bradley) and transformed his son Lai Ang's memory from the brain Extracted into the chip, Lai Ang made a half-man and a half machines. A family-tense suburban home buys second-hand builders to change their lifestyle, but soon they realize that having a terrifying, far-reaching impact with a composer can at least have a hidden second-hand family of robots Dark secret. Later, the government discovered the existence of these six advanced people. They are only hidden in the world, with other identities to hide the true self, to prevent human arrest.
