Tommy, a high school student, was also a superpower who was forced by both Luke and Joanna to save himself and his classmate, Emily, who was forced to cast instantaneous moves. Noah was already out of the anti-terrorist group, but he found that there seemed to be another conspiracy behind the Odessa attacks.
