Ming Xiu's change of attitude toward Xiuzhen made her ex-girlfriends feel suspicious, yet Ming Xiu denied it. He emphasized the relationship with Xiuzhen's "pro-relative" and would not admit his true meaning. In order to help Xiuzhen retain Zhao Jian, Mingxiu proposed that he withdraw himself from the production of the film and should be left entirely to Zhao Jian for handling. In the show's efforts, Xiuzhen's movie was re-put on the agenda, but Mingxiu can only sadly quit. Ming Xiu and Xiuzhen lopsided in a very different pace of life, the relationship between the two once again deadlocked.
