Lykos shows that his father is losing a war and he wants to be the country's leader. The mother told him that he needs to wait patiently, and his own time will come one day. Pallas hopes Lykos can sign an armistice agreement with Minoan to save Athens and use the secret ball for peace. He also shows his support for Lykos becoming king, yet Lykos did not know what his purpose was.
