Felix Lok Ying-kwan is a Hong Kong actor. His television appearances include roles in Looking Back in Anger, The Drive of Life and The Academy.

In 1998, he starred in the television drama “Light of the Grassland” produced by Bayi Film Studio and entered the performing arts circle. Noel Leung Siu-bing (born 7 December 1969 in Macau) is a Hong Kong actress known for her roles in TVB television. She was the second runner-up in Miss Hong Kong 1990.
