Qingzhuo Fang, born on May 10, 1955 in Dalian, Liaoning Province, is an actress in mainland China and a visiting professor at Jilin Animation Institute. He was enrolled in Yingkou City Arts and Crafts Corps in 1975 and entered the Shenyang Repertory Theater in 1979. In 1987 due to participate in "Snowy" won the 7th Flying Award heroine title.
