Fu Xuecheng was born in 1936. The film and television actor, one of China's first-generation special-type actors, the actor of the People's Liberation Army Air Force Political Department drama troupe, played the special-shaped actor of Marshal Liu Bocheng. In 1979, Fu Xuecheng participated in the production of a film in the Changchun Film Studio, starring Liu Bocheng.
