Guilian Li

Li Guilian, Pulandian of Dalian, the 7th, 8th and 9th NPC, is the mayor of Yangshufang town, party secretary of Dalian Pulandian, and the chairman and president of Dalian Dayang Enterprise Group. The total assets of 600 million yuan, ranking fifth in the mainland's richest woman. Li Guilian, female, born March 27, 1946 in Dalian Pulandian, joined the Chinese Communist Party in March 1965. He is currently the mayor and secretary of party committee of Poplar Branch of Dalian Pulandian, and the chairman and president of Dalian Dayang Enterprise Group.
