Ariel Lin (Chinese: 林依晨; born 29 October 1982) is a Taiwanese actress and singer. She rose to fame for her role as Yuan Xiangqin in the Taiwanese drama It Started with a Kiss (2005) and the Chinese fantasy drama The Little Fairy (2006). Lin won Best Actress at the 43rd and 47th Golden Bell Awards for her roles in They Kiss Again (2007) and In Time with You (2011) respectively.

Miao Miao's father. An ordinary and secret artist, Miao Miao became very cold after being hurt, so Ba Ba decided to defend Miao Miao in her own way.

Jiang Wu (born 4 November 1967) is a Chinese actor. He starred in Zhang Yimou's To Live (1994), and Zhang Yang's Shower (1999). He is the younger brother of Jiang Wen and is or was a member of the Beijing Experimental Theatre Troupe.

Miao Miao's brother, seemingly indifferent, but in fact very much love their family, and he seems to have some connection with the mysterious black people.

Chen Xiao (Chinese: 陈晓, born 5 July 1987) is a Chinese television and film actor and model. He is best known for his roles in Swordsman (2013), Legend of Lu Zhen (2013), The Romance of the Condor Heroes (2014) and Nothing Gold Can Stay (2017).

Miao Miao's mother. A forbear strong, for the love to give all the family women. After Miao Miao was sexually assaulted, Ma Ma and Miao Miao confronted the perpetrators in the Jing Cha bureau but was unable to refute the evidence because they could not find evidence.

Kara Hui Ying-hung (born 3 February 1960), also romanized as Kara Wai Ying-hung, is a Hong Kong actress of Manchu ethnicity.
