Brigitte Lin (Chinese: 林青霞; pinyin: Lín Qīngxiá) or Brigitte Lin Ching-hsia (born 3 November 1954) is a Taiwanese actress. She was a popular actress, regarded as an icon of Chinese cinema, who acted in both Taiwanese and Hong Kong films. She retired in 1994, although she had a minor role in the 1998 film Bishonen.
Charlie Chin Hsiang-lin (born Qin Xianglin on May 19, 1948) is a Taiwanese actor.
Ming Chiang, born in Yangzhou, Jiangsu in 1938, graduated from the Department of Chemistry, Fudan University in 1960, and was elected as an academician of the Chinese Academy of Science in 2005. Incumbent Fudan University Ministry of Education Key Laboratory of polymer molecular engineering director of the Academic Committee, Chinese Chemical Society deputy director of the polymer, but also served as Polymer Journal and Macromolecular Research advisory editorial board.
Sihung Lung (Chinese: 郎雄; pinyin: Láng Xíong; Wade–Giles: Lang Hsiung; c. 1930 – May 2, 2002) was a Chinese actor in the cinema of Taiwan who appeared in over 100 films and was best known for playing paternal roles in films including Eat Drink Man Woman and The Wedding Banquet. He frequently collaborated with award-winning director Ang Lee, notably cast in films such as Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon and Pushing Hands.
