Waise Lee Chi-hung (born 19 December 1959) is a Hong Kong film and television actor best known for playing the roles of villains and antagonists in various films.

Qingxiang Li, now a veteran actor in the China National Theater, has filmed numerous films and television shows, but he himself can not remember how many ministries there are. However, he clearly remembered every TV series filmed at Hengdian. His film and television works have left a deep impression on people.
